This class is offered specifically with the plus size body in mind. Poses are adapted with modifications and props to serve your body's needs. Through a practice of postures, flows and meditation the class will guide you to strengthen your mind body connection, while developing strength and flexibility. This class is suited to both men and women, new and experienced in yoga. Seize your wellness and explore yoga safely in a way that suits you best.

What does it involve:
Taking measurements before and after 8 weeks.
Making note of any joint or flexibility improvements.
Daily entries in an intention journal.
Optional: Using 'My Fitness Pal' App to record your daily meals.
