This modality is based on a system of zones or reflex areas, specifically on the hands and feet, with the premise that applying gentle pressure to these reflexes unblocks stagnant energy resulting in improved health. Reflexology Association of Canada.
Foot Reflexology:
Lay back and relax in this session with a systematic warm up for the feet, followed by gentle pressure applied to the reflexes on the feet that will leave you feeling rejuvenated.

Organic Foot Treatment:
Soak, scrub, massage and stretch after having this great treatment with Eminence organic or Moor Mud products that contain herbs, essential oils and bioflavanoids. Great for varicose veins.
