Abhyanga:

While warm herbalized oil is massaged onto your body, notice the tension melt away just like that. This customized massage treatment flushes out toxins and helps you completely relax.

Shirodhara:

Experience deep relaxation as a continuous stream of warm herbalized oil is strategically moved across your forehead while rose water pads protect your eyes. This treatment also includes a head massage.

60 minutes $70

Shiro-Abhyanga:

Feel lighter and clear headed after this gentle neck and face massage, followed by Shirodhara.

120 minutes $130

Nasya:

Herbalized oils custom blended for your dosha are administered into nose/sinus to help with eye, ear and nose ailments, and also maintaining proper fluid environment in sinuses. This treatment helps with allergies, snoring and colds.

60 minutes $60

Marma Head Massage:

Marma points on skull or energy centres are stimulated with oil and touch to clear thoughts and maximize effects of all treatments.
