Yoga Classes (Starting September 2010):
Wednesday 7:00p.m.(75min) Yoga Flow $65 for 6 weeks; $15 drop-in
A faster paced class that combines breath and movement to create a continuous flow from posture to posture. Encourages strength and flexibility. Both challenging and peaceful. Suitable for active beginners.
Sunday 9:00a.m. (90min) Akhanda Yoga
An integrated class inspired by the philosophy and teaching of Yogi Vishvketu and the World Conscious Yoga Family (www.worldyogafamily.com). This class will cover the diverse aspects of the yogic lifestyle including yogic principles and philosophy, balanced sequencing of breath and asana (posture), pranayama (breathwork), mantra, meditation and relaxation. Suitable for all levels.
Kaerobics (starting September 2010):
A workout that amalgamates Karate moves and aerobics that impacts the whole body and improves strength, stamina and flexibility. This fusion will work your abs, glutes, hips, thighs and more. Taught and created by a Karate instructor. We will be starting with a beginners class in September.
Monday 5:30p.m OR Tuesday 7:30p.m. (45 mins)
Karate for ages 12+(starting September 2010):
This will be a beginners class for anyone over the age of 12 interested in learning Karate. Ever had a desire to learn Karate? Now is the time.
Monday 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.; AND
Thursday 8:00 to 9:00 p.m.
