I started Ideal protein on July 10, 2012. I lost 7lbs in the first week and then another 4.5 in the 2nd week . I was in shock as to just how easily the weight was coming off . I am now on maintenance and proud to say that i lost a total of 36 lbs. and approx 48 inches. I feel terrific, can wear clothes sizes I have not worn in many years. I believe that the toughest part to this success is still to come. That is in maintaining my success.
