Learn “Real” Kickboxing punch and kick techniques as well as actual combinations designed by a Certified Competitive Kickboxing Coach. From the warm-up, hand wrapping, stance, footwork, kickboxing drills and combinations utilizing focus pads and partner training, abs routine and cool down stretches, this workshop is designed for the ultimate in authenticity and fitness ensuring a safe and efficient class.

PUMP UP THE ADRENALINE, burn more calories than SPIN!! This program contains the five components of physical fitness: cardio respiratory fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition and flexibility.

You don’t have to workout at the same pace and intensity level as a fighter, but this routine provides the very same valuable fitness benefits. All levels welcome.

Regular price for 12 weeks: $299 plus equipment (gloves and wrap approx. $80)

We’d recommend purchasing your own gloves, but you have the option to use our gloves for the first few weeks of class.

This is a progressive class where you learn more techniques as you get better and better.
