Our Commitment

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. In a small community clinic, last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill, and they directly impact your therapist's livelihood. Our policy helps us maintain sustainable, accessible care for everyone.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or changes made with more than 24 hours' notice are free of charge.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service

No-shows (missing appointments without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to keep the day on schedule. The full appointment fee still applies.

Illness & Emergencies

We understand that life happens. If you are unwell or  experiencing a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the fee at our discretion - kindness and honesty go a long way in a small community.

Payment & Enforcement

A credit card may be required to secure appointments. Cancellation fees are automatically applied to the card or added to your next visit.
