This takes the deliciousness of regular almond butter and blows it through the roof.

😜Eat it from a spoon … add it to smoothies … or slather it on a banana for a snack.

✅It will stay fresh for a couple of weeks (if it lasts that long).

What You'll Need

Makes about 8 servings

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup raw sesame seeds
  • 1½ cups almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp sweet paprika

What To Do

Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. When the oil is melted, add the pumpkin seeds and toast for 3 minutes. They should turn a light golden color. Add the chia and sesame seeds and continue toasting for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour the seed mixture into a sturdy large bowl and add the almond butter, maple syrup, sea salt, cayenne pepper, and sweet paprika. Stir until smooth – this might take some work! When it’s well combined, let the mixture cool.

Try not to eat the whole thing at once :-)
