✅ For ultimate richness, use whole milk (vs nonfat) kefir in this recipe. Either will work, but the whole version is creamier.

What You'll Need

Makes 12 x 2-tbsp servings

  • 1½ cups (350 ml) plain whole-milk kefir
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp each finely chopped fresh dill, fresh parsley, and fresh chives
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Pink Himalayan salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste.

What To Do

Whisk the ingredients together and taste. Adjust seasonings. Cover and place in the refrigerator for about an hour (or more!) before serving. Yum!
