Recipe 34 - 🤩This recipe had me at “Frappuccino” … if you like matcha you definitely have to try it!

Most grocery stores carry matcha powder now. It’s a finely ground version of green tea that’s used in beverages and recipes.

🔥TIP: When you’re buying oat milk, check the labels and use an “extra creamy” version for extra richness in this Frappuccino knockoff! If you can’t find it, no worries. It will still taste great with your choice of milk.

What You'll Need

Makes 2 servings

  • 1 cup oat milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1½ cups ice cubes
  • (optional: coconut whipped cream for topping)

What To Do

Add the oat milk and matcha powder to a high-speed blender and blend until well-combined.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend until it reaches frappe consistency.  Pour into two glasses and top with optional whipped cream. Enjoy!
