MOCHA OVERNIGHT OATS

šŸ‘ŒšŸ¾For this recipe, I donā€™t know if I need to say anything except: chocolate ā€¦ coffee ā€¦ and maple!

āœ…Oat milk is great in this, but you can use whatever variety you have on-hand.

What You'll Needā€

Makes 1 serving

  • Ā¼ cup (20 grams) old-fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free, if possible)
  • 1Ā½ tsp chia seeds
  • Ā¼ cup (60 ml) oat milk
  • Ā¼ cup (60 ml) cooled coffee
  • Ā¼ cup (55 grams) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp toasted chopped walnuts or pecans

What To Do

Combine oats, chia seeds, milk, coffee, yogurt, maple syrup, and cacao powder in a mason jar. Make sure the liquid is in contact with both the oats and chia seeds. Shake well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

The next morning, stir it up and top with nuts. Enjoy!
