NOTE: You could also make this with pears or peaches.

What You'll Need

Makes 5-6 servings

  • 1 cup (160 grams) steel cut oats
  • 3 cups (700 ml) water
  • 1 cup (240 ml) oat milk
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed butter
  • 1-2 peeled and chopped apples
  • ¼ cup (50 grams) coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tbsp cinnamon
  • (Optional toppings: chopped walnuts and pecans or unsweetened coconut)

What To Do

Spray the inside of your slow cooker with a quick blast of cooking oil before placing all the ingredients inside. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Stir well and serve! YUM. 🤤
